Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 29, 2007
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 29,
2007,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on January 29, 2007, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of January 22, 2007.

County Engineer
-
Receive report on the waste tire recycling project conducted on
January 18-20, 2007.

Consider approval of revisions to the Bell County Policy on
Acceptance of Roads for County Maintenance.

Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 1024, in the amount of
$5,500, for improvements in Moffat Springs V and VI.
-
Consider awarding bid for the purchase of a used spray-injecting
patching machine from Texas Patcher.

Personnel.
-
Receive and consider approval of Annual Report by the Bell
County Museum.

Consider approval of appointments to the Board of the Bell
County Museum.

Consider approval of Resolution authorizing the submission of
an application for a Mental Health Transformation Community Collaborative
Project Grant from the Texas Health Institute.

Consider approval of setting contract rate of $95.00 per day
per individual for other entities to lease Bell County Juvenile Detention
Center for detention of juveniles.
