Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 12, 2007
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 12,
2007,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 12, 2007, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of Resolution honoring former County
Commissioner R.L. Peters who passed away February 3, 2007.

Consider approval of Resolution honoring Texas Association
of Counties Executive Director Sam Seal who passed away February 7, 2007.

Consider approval of minutes of February 5, 2007.

County Engineer

Consider authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for bids
for the installation of fence on Wild Mountain Road, Mountain Creek Subdivision.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Poston Subdivision No.
1, a Two-Lot, 12.058 Acre Subdivision fronting on Sunshine Road.

Consider Preliminary Approval of the Plat for Presa Vista, a
12-Lot, 9.378 Acre Development off of F.M. 2484.

Consider Final Plat Approval for Village of Armstrong Addition,
a 33-Lot, 23.126 Acre Development off of Armstrong Road.

Consider approval of Annual Law Enforcement Contract with
Corps of Engineers for Bell County Sheriff's Office to provide law enforcement
services on area lakes.
