Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 05, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 05, 2007, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  March 05, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of February 26, 2007.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider vacating/abandoning the easements along the common property line between lots 16 and 17, Tanglewood II Subdivision.

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning instituting a Burn Ban.

5. Consider approving the proposed agreement from Kleinfelder for Construction Materials Testing Services.

6. Request approval to advertise for Jail Pharmacy Services.  

7. Claims.
