Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 09, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 09, 2007, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  April 09, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of April 2, 2007.

2. County Engineer


 

1. Consider authorizing the sale of 1994 Etnyre Asphalt Distributor and 1989 Etnyre Chipspreader on E-Bay. 

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Resolution authorizing Bell County's participation in the Central Texas Community Alerting System as set forth in the Central Texas Community Alerting System Interlocal Agreement.    

5. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for the Depository of Funds for Bell County.

6. Claims.
