Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 16, 2007
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 16,
2007,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 16, 2007, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of April 9, 2007.

County Engineer

Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for
liquid asphalt, hot mix, and rip rap rock.

Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for
a 2,000 gallon water tank.

Personnel.

Consider presentation by staff of Texas Cooperative Extension
- Bell County concerning Bell County Volunteers and the approval of a
Resolution proclaiming the week of April 15 - 17, 2007 as National Volunteer
Week in Bell County.

Consider approval of submission of grant request for Bell
County Crime Coalition Juvenile Accountability Block Grant (JABG) to continue
existing grant funding supporting the Juvenile Services Department.

Consider authorizing County Auditor to sell phone system on
E-bay.
