Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 11, 2007
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 11,
2007,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on June 11, 2007, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of May 29, 2007 and June 1, 2007.

County Engineer.
- Consider accepting Letter of Credit No. 1032, in the amount of $4,700.00,
from First Texas Bank, Belton, for the Warranty of Improvements in Chisholm
Oaks Subdivision, and releasing Letter of Credit No. 1028 in the amount of
$100,000.00.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for The Creeks of Salado, Phase I, a
36-Lot, 101.26 Acre, Privately-Maintained Road, Development off of Sulphur
Wells Road.
- Consider Final Plat Approval for Gameson Subdivision, a Two-Lot, 7.04 Acre
Subdivision on Dove Road at Brewster Creek Road.

Consider approval of Audit Engagement Letters for Fiscal Year
ending September 30, 2007.

Consider approval of Cooperative Working Agreement between
Bell County and Families in Crisis, Inc. in support of application for grant
funding through the Office of the Attorney General to support program for
victims of sexual abuse.
