Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 06, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 06, 2007, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  August 06, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of July 30, 2007.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider award of bid for the sale of three (3) motor graders. 
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider setting dates for the Presentation of the FY 2008 Budget, for Public Hearings, and for the Approval of the Budget and Tax Rates. 

5. Consider Approval of Proposed Tax Rates for Notice of Public Hearing Purposes.    

6. Consider update on Bell County flooding damage and disaster assistance status.   

7. Claims.
