Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 09, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 09, 2007, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  October 09, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of October 01, 2007.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider authorizing the purchase, off the State Buy Board, of a track loader and a self-propelled pneumatic roller. 
2. Consider Final Plat approval of Adcock Addition, a One-Lot. Two Acre Subdivision at the corner of Sullivan Road and Volo Road.
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Proclamation Celebrating 100 Years of 4-H and Setting October 7-12 as National 4-H Week in Bell County, and recognizing the Bell County Texas Cooperative Extension Staff and 4-H Ambassadors.

5. Consider approval of the re-appointment to the Board of Bell County Expo, Incorporated of Mitchell Jacobs, Randy Ramsey, and Ronnie Goodnight for an additional three-year term starting October 1, 2007 and ending September 30, 2010.   

6. Consider approval and ratification of the Coryell County's appointment of Martha Jackson of Coryell County to fill the unexpired term as Coryell County's Representative on the Central Counties MHMR Board of Trustees.         

7. Consider approval of Order of Election for School Board Trustee in the Moody Independent School District. 

8. Consider approval of Resolution of Support for Bell County to submit an application for grant funding to the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program, Round V, and authorizing other related matters to the application.
