Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 05, 2007

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 05, 2007, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  November 05, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of October 29, 2007.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider final plat approval for Stone Road Acres, a 5-Lot, 27.71 Acre Development off of Stone Road.   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of biennial re-appointment of Fire Marshall.

5. Receive report from Fire Marshall and consider approval of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning.

6. Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between Bell County, the City of Killeen, and the City of Temple regarding 2007 Byrne Justice Assistance (JAG) Program Award.

7. Consider approval of Tax Abatement Agreement with AGE Industries, Ltd. regarding improvement to property located in Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 1 in the City of Belton previously approved by the Belton City Council on October 23, 2007.

8. Consider approval to award bids for vehicles as approved in the budget to include:  nine patrol cars, one 1/2-ton regular cab pick-up, one 1/2-ton extended cab pick-up, five 3/4-ton regular cab pick-ups, two 1-ton service trucks, one full size SUV, one full size 4-door program sedan, two intermediate size program sedans, and one compact sedan.

           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
