Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 04, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 4, 2008, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  February 4, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of January 28, 2008.

2. County Engineer.

3. Personnel. 

4. Consider Annual Report of the Bell County Museum and approval of appointments to the Museum Board of Trustees.

5. Consider setting Public Hearings for public input on Bell County's 2008 Capital Improvement Project at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2008.          

6. Receive report from Fire Marshall and consider status of Order Restricting Outdoor burning and consider continuation, modification, extension, or termination of the Order and a finding that circumstances present in all or part of the unincorporated area create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning. 

7. Claims.
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
