Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 14, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 14,
2008,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 14, 2008, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of April 7, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
and April 7, 2008 at 1:30 p.m.

County Engineer.
- Consider Final Plat Approval for Cowboy Code, a One-Lot, 9.07 Acre
Development at F.M. 2268 and IH 35, in the E.T.J. of the Village of Salado.
- Consider Abandonment/Vacation of the Drainage Easement between Lots 10 and
11, Block 1, Tanglewood Subdivision.
- Consider awarding bid for the Right of Way fencing on Red Barn Lane,
Precinct 3.

Proclaim April 13-19, 2008 as County Government Week in Bell
County and announce the Annual Bell County Employee Appreciation BBQ and
Awards Program from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2008 at
the Assembly Hall of the Bell County EXPO Center.

Consider approval of Managed Pharmacy Benefit Services
Agreement Consumer Card Program among CaremarkPCS Health, L.P. ("Caremark"),
the National Associations of Counties ("Customer"), and Bell County (as
"Member County") for discounted pharmacy services for county residents.

Consider approval of Amendment One to Frequency
Reconfiguration Agreement between Bell County and Nextel of Texas, Inc., dated
December 7, 2007 updating cost estimates regarding reconfiguration of the 800
MHZ band for which Bell County is reimbursed its reconfiguration cost.

Consider approval of Boundary Line Agreement and Special
Warranty Deed regarding 0.04 acres of land out of the M.F. Connell Survey,
Abstract #6, between Bell County and Vijay and Vinoo Mehta and authorizing
County Judge to sign said documents and other appropriate closing papers upon
title approval by legal counsel.

Receive report /presentation from Richard Skopik, TxDOT
District Engineer for the Waco District, on current status and future
projections of Highway Transportation Projects in Bell County.
