Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 09, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 09,
2008,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on June 09, 2008, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of June 02, 2008.

County Engineer.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for Walnut Creek Estates, Phase 8, a
23-Lot, 48.29 Acre Development in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen and accept
Letter of Credit No. 505, in the amount of $11,000, First Texas Bank, as
Warranty for the constructed improvements.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the Hot Mix
Overlay of a portion of Williams Road, Precinct 2.
- Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 1019, Independent Bank, in the
amount of $95,000 and replacing it with Letter of Credit No. 1022 in the
amount of $9,000 for the Warranty of Improvements in Sunset Vista Subdivision,
Section 4.
- Consider Final Plat approval of Ingram Estates, a Two-Lot, 6.97 Acre
Subdivision off of Water Works Road in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.
- Consider approval of proposal by McLean Construction, Ltd, Killeen, for
the chipping of brush and trees collected at the landfill as a result of
recent storms.

Consider approval of Statement of Work with FusionBridge Ltd
for support in implementation of upgrades to JD Edwards financial system.

Consider approval of Statement of Work with FusionBridge Ltd
for support for District Clerk implementation of improvements to processes,
controls, and organizations structure.

Claims.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
