Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 30, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 30,
2008,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on June 30, 2008, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of June 23, 2008.

County Engineer.
- Consider Preliminary Plat Approval for Shaw Branch West, a 14-Lot, 11.660
Acre Development in the E.T.J. of the City of Nolanville.
- Consider Interlocal Agreement with the Academy I.S.D. for the seal coating
of 11,144 square yards of parking lot.

Personnel.

Consider approval of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning - Burn
Ban.
-
Consider approval of the City of Belton's request for a Tax
Abatement for High Performance Ropes of America, Inc., which the City of
Belton approved on June 24, 2008.

Claims.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
