Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 21, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 21,
2008,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 21, 2008, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of July 14, 2008.

County Engineer.
- Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following Traffic
Control Device:
1. At the intersection of Lampasas Spur at Riverside Trail (777
Estates), replace STOP sign with a YIELD sign.
- Consider awarding bid for the purchase of liquid asphalt products.
- Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Holland to
perform drainage work along a portion of Hackberry Road that borders on
Holland I.S.D. property.
- Consider Final Plat Approval for Spivey's Acres Subdivision, a Two-Lot,
2.460 Acre Subdivision fronting onto Sawyer Lane, a privately-maintained
roadway.

Personnel.

Consider approval of re-appointment of Dr. Louella H. Tate
and Mr. Neal White to the Board of Trustees of the Central Counties MHMR
Authority for two-year terms beginning September 1, 2008.

Consider approval of the purchase of a Microfilm MS-300II
from DocuData and payment of fees for installation and training for
E-Recording from ACS for the Bell County Clerk's Office using County Clerk
Records and Management Funds.
