Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 11, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 11,
2008,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on August 11, 2008, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of August 4, 2008.

County Engineer.
- Consider Final Plat approval for Voges Subdivision, a One-Lot, 0.5 Acre
Subdivision off of Stag Road.
- Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 50000001130, Extraco Banks, in the
amount of $13,500 as Warranty for Improvements in Shiloh Terrace, Phase 3.
- Consider awarding bid for the hot mix overlay of the Exposition Center
parking lot.

Personnel.

Re-announce the date, time, and place for the presentation of
the FY 2009 Budget, for Public Hearings, and for approval of the Budget and
Tax Rates.

Claims.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
