Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 02, 2008

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the above named Court will be held at 1:00 p.m., October 02, 2008, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  October 02, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of amendment of Order of General Election extending the Early Voting Hours until 8:00 p.m. the last week of early voting - October 27 through October 31, 2008.
   
   
   Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
