Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 26, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 26, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  January 26, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of January 20, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement with City of Holland to provide labor and equipment of a value of approximately $55,000 to assist the City in the development of their City park on East Travis Street should the City receive grant funding for the project.
       

3. Personnel.

4. Update on availability and usage of Bell County Discount Prescription Card.

5. Consider approval of the termination, modification, or continuation of the Order Restricting Outdoor Burning - Burn Ban, set to expire at 10:00 a.m. on January 26, 2009. 

6. Consider approval of Annual Report of Bell County Museum and approval of appointments to the Museum Board of Trustees. 

7. Claims.
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
