Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 09, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 09, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  March 09, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of March 02, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider approval of the 2009 Annual Seal Coat Program.
   2. Consider approval and authorize County Judge to sign proposal/agreement with Popelka Structural Engineering for design of equipment wash facility. 
       

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of the termination, modification, or continuation of the Order Restricting Outdoor Burning - Burn Ban, set to expire at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2009. 

5. Consider approval of Order of Special Election for a Local Option Election for the City of Nolanville to vote for/against "The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages including mixed beverages."

6. Consider approval of professional services contract for Psychological Health Services Agreement with Dr. Eugene C. Waters, Ph.D for Jail and Juvenile Detention Facilities.

           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
