Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 20, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 20, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  April 20, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of April 13, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Little River-Academy for the purchasing of cold mix.  
       

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Proclamation naming April 19-25, 2009 as National Volunteer Week in Bell County and announce the annual Texas AgriLife Extension Service Volunteer Dinner on April 23, 2009 at the Bell County EXPO Center.

5. Recognize Belton students visiting in anticipation of County Government Week and introduce County Officials to make presentations on the workings of County Government.

           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
