Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 18, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 18, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on May 18, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of May 11, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 505, First State Bank Killeen/Copperas Cove in the amount of $11,000.00 for the one year road maintenance for Walnut Estates, Phase 8.
   2. Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 506, First State Bank Killeen/Copperas Cove in the amount of $7,500.00 for the one year road maintenance for Swaida Addition.
       

3. Personnel.

4. Canvass results of Local Option Election in the City of Nolanville for the legal sale of all alcoholic Beverages including mixed beverages.

5. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for General Contractor for the construction of a truck-wash at the Road & Bridge facility.

6. Consider approval of agreement with First Southwest Asset Management, Inc. for Arbitrage Rebate Compliant Services.

7. Claims.
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
