Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 01, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 01, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on June 01, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Bell County Commissioners Court will not meet on June 1, 2009.  Members of the Court will be attending the North & East Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference May 31 - June 3 in Lewisville.
   
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
