Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 22, 2009
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 22,
2009,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on June 22, 2009, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of June 15, 2009.

County Engineer.
-
Personnel.
-
Consider approval of an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning upon
a determination that circumstances are present in all or part of the
unincorporated area of the County that create a public safety hazard that
would be exacerbated by outdoor burning.

Receive report from Bell County Museum on new exhibits
including "The Inspired Line: Selected Prints of Albrecht Duer and Rembrandt
van Rijn" on exhibit from June 20 through August 18, 2009.

Consider selection and approval of proposals for employee
dental insurance for FY 2010.

Consider awarding bid on Tractor, Mower, and Loader for
Buildings and Grounds Department.

Consider approval of Inter-Agency Agreement with Education
Services Center, Region 10 Multi-Regional Child Nutrition Cooperative
Purchasing Program.

Consider approval of Amendment No. 2 to Skanska USA Building,
Inc. Guaranteed Maximum Price for Bell County Courthouse Expansion/Addition to
include Justice of the Peace and Treasurer Offices.

Consider approval of Change Order No. 002, with no change in
Guaranteed Maximum Price, between Bell County and Skanska USA Building, Inc.
on Courthouse Expansion Project.

considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
