Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 20, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 20, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 20, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

  1. Consider approval of minutes of July 06, 2009.

  2. County Engineer.

    1. Consider approval of Walker Addition.  A 2 Lot Subdivision in Precinct 3, on east side of Rogers Cemetery Road.
    2. Consider approval of Amity Estates Phase I, 15.324 acres tract of land on West Amity Road.
    3. Consider request to abandon the drainage easement between Lots 23 and 24 on Squire Drive in Country Squire Estates, in Precinct 1.
    4. Consider request for Intergovernmental Agreement with Coryell County. 
       
  3. Personnel.

  4. Consider status of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning.

  5. Public Hearing regarding a Tax Exempt Financing by the Crawford Education Facilities Corporation for the benefit of The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

  6. Consider adoption of an order by the Commissioners' Court of Bell County, Texas, approving a financing by the Crawford Education Facilities Corporation for the benefit of The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. 

  7. Consider retro fitting all light fixtures in Building C and installation of the engineer fan system at Bell County Expo Center.

  8. Claims.

            Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.


            Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
            whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
