Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 31, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 31, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 31, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval for Consolidated Polling Location of Polling Locations 401 with Polling Location 402 or Polling Location change for precinct 401.
   
   
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
