Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 03, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 03, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on August 03, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of July 27 & 31, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

3. Personnel.

4. Consider status of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning.

5. Consider approval of Change Order Number 003 with no change in Guaranteed Maximum Price, between Bell County and Skanska USA Building, Inc. on Courthouse Expansion Project. 

6. Claims.
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
