Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 09, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 3:00 p.m., September 09, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on September 09, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of August 31, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider Final Plat approval for the Scallion Addition in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple, Pct 3.  No action was taken on this item on the August 31, 2009 agenda. 
   2. Consider awarding the bid for fencing on Kuykendall Branch Road, Pct. 2.
       

3. Personnel.

4. Consider awarding the bid for HVAC upgrade in the Historic County Courthouse. 

5. Consider approval of Amended Order of Special Election for Moody ISD to vote for School Board Trustee and For/Against "The Issuance of $11,500,000 of School Building Bonds for Moody Independent School District and Levying the Tax in Payment Thereof."

6. Claims.
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
