Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 21, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., September 21, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on September 21, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

  1. Consider approval of minutes of September 14, 2009.

  2. County Engineer.

    1. Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following Traffic Control Devices:
      1.  Install a 30 MPH speed limit on Frederick Lane, in The Woods at Cedar Oaks Subdivision.  County Roads affected are name Frederick, Mabel, Allena, and Mikey.
    2. Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following Traffic Control Devices:
      1.  Install a Stop Sign on Williams Road, at the intersection of West Village Road.
       
  3. Personnel.

  4. Consider approval of Order of Approval for Change in Polling Location, changing Polling Location 304 from Marek's Garage at 3938 State Highway 53, Temple, Texas 76501 to A & E Storage at 4970 East Highway 190, Temple, Texas 76501.

  5. Consider approval of renewal of Data Processing Services Agreement between Bell County and Indigent Healthcare Solutions, Ltd. (IHS) for an initial term of two years beginning October 1, 2009.

  6. Claims.

            Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.


            Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
            whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
