Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 28, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., September 28, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on September 28, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of September 21, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider setting a date for Public Hearing regarding the vacation of a portion of First Street in Heidenheimer in Precinct 3.
   2. Consider Final Plat approval for the Sanford Estates in Precinct 2, a Three-Lot, 1.749 Acre Tract, on Prairie Dell Church Road.
   3. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Troy for paving of 5853 feet of roadway.
       

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of a Resolution in support of the appointment by the Governor of 146th District Judge Rick Morris as Presiding Judge of the Third Administrative Judicial Region.

           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
