Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 02, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 02, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 02, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of October 26, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider Final Plat Approval for Mill Creek Section 16-A, a one-lot 0.972 acre tract on the corner of Chisholm Trail and O.W. Lowrey Drive, in Precinct 2.
    

3. Personnel.

4. Re-Announce Voting locations and hours for the November 3, 2009 General Election:
   
       a.   Election Day Voting (Tuesday, November 3, 2009) - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the voter’s precinct polling location.

5. Consider awarding bids for vehicles approved in new FY 2010 budget year. 

6. Consider approval of agreement with Metroplex Control Systems - Detention Division for Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and Limited Service on Jail security/detention system.

7. Consider approval of Renewal of Contract for Services with Dr. Warren Dunn d/b/a Bell Area Animal Shelter, LLC.

8. Consider approval of Renewal of Interlocal Agreement for Animal Shelter Services with the City of Belton, in which the City of Belton participates in Bell County's Contract with Dr. Warren Dunn d/b/a/ Bell Area Animal Shelter, LLC.

           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
