Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 23, 2009

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 23, 2009, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 23, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of November 16, 2009.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider approval of abandonment and release of utility drainage easement in Lot 6 and Lot 7, Hidden Springs Subdivision, Section One, in Precinct 2.
2. Consider approval of extension of contract and price adjustment on Liquid Asphalt pursuant to terms of contract.
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Resolutions of Appreciation for Senator Troy Fraser and Representative Ralph Sheffield for their appearance at the Texas Transportation Commission hearing on November 19, 2009 in successful support of Proposition 12 funding for I-35 projects in Bell County.

5. Consider approval of Change Order No. 5 with Skanska USA Building for the Courthouse Expansion Project, with no change in Guaranteed Maximum Price.

6. Consider selection of Construction Manager as Contactor for Interior Renovations to Historic Courthouse.

7. Consider the approval of Bell County's participation in the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program-Round VI to include a 20% County match.
