Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 07, 2009
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 07,
2009,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on
December 07, 2009, at
9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of November 23, 2009.

County Engineer.
- Consider abandonment and release of Utility and Drainage Easement in
Lots 83 & 84 and Lots 107 & 110 in the Hidden Springs Subdivision in
Precinct 2.
- Consider approval of the Bell County Infrastructure Requirements for
Recreational Vehicle Parks.
- Consider approval for County Engineer to go out for bids on culverts.
- Consider approval of awarding the bid for Grade 5 Light Weight.

Personnel.

Recognize the appointment of County Judge Jon Burrows to the 2010 Texas
Association of Counties Board of Directors.

Consider approval of Joint Resolution and Statistical
Information for a Joint Primary.

Consider approval of 2010 Primary Election Services
Contracts by and between the Democratic Party Chair, the Republican Party
Chair, and the Bell County Election Officer for the conduct and supervision
of the March 2, 2010 Bell County Joint Primary Election and April Joint
Primary Runoff Election, if necessary.

Consider approval of final FY 2009 Budget Amendments.

Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for
Proposals for Fuel Management Systems.

Consider approval of Change Order No. 6 with Skanska USA
Building for the Courthouse Expansion Project, with no change in Guaranteed
Maximum Price.

Agenda items may be
considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
