Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 21, 2009
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 21,
2009,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on
December 21, 2009, at
9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. December
14, 2009.

County Engineer.
-
Personnel.
- Approve posting for Applications Development Manager position.
-
Change approval of Change Order Number 003 with Skanska USA Building, Inc.
on Central Jail Renovation with no change in Guaranteed Maximum Price.
-
Consider approval of Statement of Work with Corporate
Facilities Management Services, LLC, for renovations at Bell County
Communications Center.
-
Consider approval of an application for a Violence Against
Women Act (VAWA) grant by the County Attorney's Office for the development
of a comprehensive investigation and prosecution protocol for domestic
violence cases.

Consider authorizing County Judge to negotiate and execute Interlocal Agreements and contracts to provide Bell County Jail services to
other counties, cities, and entities.

Consider approval of General and No Litigation Certificate
of Bell County for the benefit of the Attorney General of the State of Texas
relating to The Central Texas Housing Finance Corporate Single Family
Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2009A.

Consider approval of Bell County Tax Abatement Economic
Development Incentive Policy.

Consider approval of Bell County Cellular Phone
Authorization Policy.

considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
