Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 19, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 19, 2010, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 19, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of January 11, 2010.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider Final Plat Approval for Villa Mares Addition in Precinct 2.
2. Consider awarding the bid on Vibratory Roller.
3. Consider awarding the bids for 2-12 C.Y. Dump Trucks.
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Change Order Number 007 between Bell County and Skanska USA Building Inc on Courthouse Expansion Project with no change in Guaranteed Maximum Price.      

5. Consider approval of purchase and financing of computer network switching equipment and maintenance for the Bell County Communications Center through Key Government Finance, Inc., on behalf of Cisco Systems Capital Corporation payable out of Bell County Communications Center budgeted funds.

6. Consider approval of acceptance of FY 2010 Formula Grant from the Task Force on Indigent Defense, estimated to be $128,631.00.
