Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 25, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 25, 2010, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 25, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of January 19, 2010.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider approval for Abandonment and Release of Drainage Easement for Lots 51 and 52, in Hidden Springs, Section 2.
2. Consider awarding the bids for two 5-6 C.Y. Dump Trucks. 
3. Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the purchase of the following materials:
   1.  Liquid Asphalt
   2.  Hot Mix
   3.  Pit Run
   4.  Cold Lime Mix, and
   5.  Concrete
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of name change of Bell County Personal Bond Department to Bell County Pretrial Services Department.      

5. Consider receipt and approval of Annual Report of the Bell County Museum and approval of appointment of members of the board.

6. Claims.
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
