Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 1, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 1, 2010, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on June 1, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of May 24, 2010.

2. County Engineer.

   1. Consider approval of Work Order 1 - Modification 1 on the Elm Creek Watershed Contract.

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of appointment of Judy Miller of Belton to the Bell County Child Welfare Board. 

5. Consider approval of designation:  Pursuant to Texas Property Code Section 51.002, public sales of real property subject to contractual liens shall be held at the Bell County Clerk's alcove to the east of the main entrance of the Bell County Justice Complex, 1201 Huey Drive, Belton, Texas beginning August 3, 2010.  A copy of this designation shall be recorded in the real property records of Bell County, Texas.

6. Claims.
   
           Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.
   
   
           Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
           whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
