Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 21, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 21, 2010, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on June 21, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

  1. Consider approval of minutes of June 14, 2010.

  2. County Engineer.

    1. Consider awarding bid for the sale of a 12G 1994 Motorgrader.
    2. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Rogers to transport material from FM 439 to the City of Rogers.
       
  3. Personnel.

  4. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for the lease of the Bell County land fill property. 

  5. Consider approval of the renewal of the Interlocal Agreement between Bell County and the City of Killeen, authorizing the City of Killeen to use Bell County software and fiber optic network to process, access, and maintain records regarding early voting for a fee of $1,200.00 paid by the City of Killeen.

  6. Consider approval of the renewal of the Interlocal Agreement between Bell County and the City of Temple, authorizing the City of Temple to use Bell County software and fiber optic network to process, access, and maintain records regarding early voting for a fee of $1,200.00 paid by the City of Temple.

  7. Consider approval of contract with Corporate Facilities Management Services, LLC, for the re-roofing of the following County Buildings:

    1. Central Jail
    2. Old Post Office
    3. Killeen Annex
       
  8. Claims.

            Agenda items may be considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth above.


            Bell County Commissioners Court reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
            whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meeting Act.
