Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 6, 2010
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 6,
2010,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on July 6, 2010, at
9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider status of Burn Ban.

Consider awarding bid for Video Visitation system in Central
Jail.

Consider approval of Statement of Work with Managing to
Excellence Corporation for consultant services for Bell County Indigent
Defense Web Application Management Design and Deployment.

Consider approval of Statement of Work with Managing to
Excellence Corporation for consultant services for Bell County Jail
Management System Selection Project.
Agenda items may be
considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session
whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
