Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 12, 2010

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 12, 2010, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 12, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
 

1. Consider approval of minutes of June 28, and July 6, 2010.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider acceptance of Dogwood and Cypress Drive located in Lomas Redondo South 2nd Subdivision, for County maintenance in accordance with the Policy Letter of January 29, 2007 and adding this project to the Work Plan.
2. Consider approval of Chick Subdivision Phase Six, a 2-Lot Subdivision, being an Amending Plat of Lots 10 through 12, Block 1, Chick Addition Phase Two.
3. Consider abandonment of a 10' Drainage Easement on Lot 24 and Lot 27, Block 4, Belton Lake Estates.
4. Consider approval for Auditor's Office to sell 2005 International 4300 Model Truck by bid, including on E-Bay or a comparable method.
    

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning upon a determination that circumstances are present in all or part of the unincorporated area of the County that create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning.

5. Consider authorizing selling by public auction a 2005 Ford Taurus, which had been totaled in an accident.
