Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 8, 2010
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 8,
2010,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on November 8, 2010, at
9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of November 01, 2010.

County Engineer.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a 45 MPH speed
limit on Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road between FM 439 and Nolanville City
Limits.

Personnel.

Receive report from Jim Endicott, Bell County Veterans
Liaison, and Nikki Mundkowsky, Bell County Bar Association President, on the
Veterans Clinic instituted by the Bar Association.

Consider approval of renewal of Professional Services
Contract between Bell County (Human Services Department) and Central Texas
Workforce Development Board/Information and Referral System for staffing of
2-1-1 information and Referral Call Center in Belton.

Consider ratification and approval of the appointment by
Coryell County of Donna Twait for a two-year term on the Board of Trustees
for Central Counties MHMR Authority.

Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding between
Bell County and the Supreme Court of Texas for Support of Continuity of
Court Operations in the Event of an Emergency.

Agenda items may be
considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
