Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 8, 2010
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 10:00 a.m., November 8,
2010,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on November 8, 2010, at
10:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

County Engineer.
- Consider awarding bids for the following materials:
1. Aggregate Gr. 4 and Lightweight Gr. 5, Bid #34-10;
2. Reinforcing Steel, Bid #35-10;
3. Asphalt Bid #36-10; and
4. Base, Bid #37-10 -
Consider approval of the 2010 Annual Report to the Texas Commission of
Environmental Quality for the Bell County Phase II MS4 Program.|
Agenda items may be
considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
