AFTER proper posting of public notice, a copy of which is attached hereto, on
this the 4th day of December, 2000, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas,
met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular special session with the

Agenda #1 - Minutes
MINUTE ORDER #384/00: It being nine a.m., JUDGE
BURROWS called the meeting to order and called to the Courts attention the
fact that they had previously received copies of the minutes of November 27, 2000.
He asked if there were any corrections or additions; there being none, the minutes were
approved as submitted.
Agenda #2a - Hillside Estates, Phase II Subdivision
- MINUTE ORDER #385/00: The County Engineer presented the
matter of the preliminary approval of the plat for Hillside Estates, Phase II Subdivision.
After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER SCHILLER,
seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved
such preliminary plat.
- Agenda #2b - Mill Creek Springs, Phase II
- MINUTE ORDER #386/00: The County Engineer presented
the matter of the final plat of Mill Creek Springs, Phase II Subdivision. He
reported that such subdivision was in the ETJ of the newly incorporated Village of Salado.
He stated that he had discussed the matter with their Mayor and she reported to him
that since they do not have their subdivision regulations set up that they did not wish to
disapprove such subdivision and that Bell County should proceed with action on such plat.
After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE,
seconded by COMMISSIONER SCHILLER, the Court unanimously
approved such subdivision and ordered the same filed for record.
- Agenda #2c - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #387/00: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER STEPHENSON, the
Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached
hereto and made a part of these minutes.
- Agenda #3 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER 388/00: The County Auditor presented all
claims for the review of the Court. After proper review, by consensus, the Court
approved all such claims. All according to a copy of the same being of record in the
office of the County Auditor.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
