MINUTE ORDER #253/02: It being 8:30
a.m. JUDGE BURROWS called the meeting to order and stated
that the purpose of the meeting was to lift the fire ban in Bell County
due to the amount of rain that had been received. After due discussion, upon motion of
COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the
court unanimously approved the lifting of the fire ban.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
