Agenda #1 - Set Tax Rate For 2002
- MINUTE ORDER #348/02: It being nine a.m., JUDGE BURROWS
called the meeting to order and reported to the Court that the
only item of business to attend to was the setting of the 2002 Tax Rate
for Bell County and the Road District. Thereafter, upon motion of COMMISSIONER
BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER STEPHENSON, the
Court unanimously approved setting the Bell County tax rate at 0.3366 and
0.0285 for the Road District Tax rate for the tax year 2002. All
according to a copy of the Orders attached hereto and made a part of these
minutes.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
