Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #128/03: It being nine a.m., JUDGE
BURROWS called the meeting to order and called to the Courts attention the
fact that they had previously received copies of the minutes of March
17 & 24, 2003. He asked if there were any corrections or
additions to the minutes,
there being none, the minutes were approved as submitted.
Agenda #2a - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #129/03: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
FISHER,
seconded by COMMISSIONER SCHILLER, the Court unanimously
approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto
and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #3 - Setting Date for County Auction
- MINUTE ORDER #130/03: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER
CORTESE, the
Court unanimously approved setting May 10, 2003, as the date for the
holding of the County's Auction.
Agenda #4 - Setting public hearing for
Jail/District Courts Construction Projects
- MINUTE ORDER #131/03: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the Court
unanimously approved setting April 3rd, 2003, at seven p.m. in the
Commissioners Courtroom to hold a public hearing on Jail/District Courts
Construction Projects.
Agenda #5 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #132/03: (There were no claims filed.)
(The Court then went into workshop session
to discuss
those items on the workshop agenda with
no
action being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
