met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular special session with the

Agenda #1 - Executive Session
- MINUTE ORDER #160/03: JUDGE
BURROWS called the meeting to order and pointed out that the
reason for the meeting was to discuss a real estate purchase. After
due discussion, the executive session was adjourned and the following
transpired.
Agenda #2 - Authority to Bid for Real Estate
- MINUTE ORDER #161/03: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER SCHILLER, the Court
unanimously authorized JUDGE BURROWS, or his designee, to
bid, in an amount in to exceed $100,000.00 for the vacant TEC Building
located at 301 West Avenue G., being the E 83' of lot #2, block 63 and
North 30' of the E 83' of lot #1, block 222, original town of
Temple. (See attached report of County Judge with respect to the
bidding for such building. The same being attached hereto and made a
part of these minutes.)
There being no further business, the meeting
was adjourned.
