this the 20th day of December, 2004, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas,
met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the

Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #468/04: It being nine a.m. JUDGE
BURROWS called the meeting to order and called to the Courts
attention the fact that they had previously received copies of the minutes
of December 13, 2004. He asked if there were any corrections or
additions to the minutes; there
being no corrections, the minutes were approved as submitted.
Agenda #2a - S & M Addition Subdivision
- MINUTE ORDER #469/04: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the Court
unanimously approved the final plat of the S & M Addition Subdivision
and ordered the same filed for record.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #470/04: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court
unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made a part of these
minutes.
Agenda #4 - Certificates of Appreciation
- MINUTE ORDER #471/04: JUDGE BURROWS presented
certificates of appreciation for their services to Bell County to retiring
officials, to-wit: Commissioner Leroy Schiller; Donald Svadlenak,
Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2; and Coleman Benner, Constable, Precinct
#2.
Agenda #5 - Interlocal Contract with CTCOG for 911
- MINUTE ORDER #472/04: JUDGE BURROWS presented
the matter of an Interlocal Contract with Central Texas Council of
Governments for PSAP maintenance, Equipment Upgrade, and Training for
911. After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER BROWN, the Court
unanimously approved authorizing the County Judge to execute such contract
with CTCOG, all according to a copy of the same
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #6 - Renewal of Interlocal Contract with
CTCOG for 911
- MINUTE ORDER #473/04: JUDGE BURROWS presented
the matter of an Interlocal Contract with Central Texas Council of
Governments for Database Maintenance for the 911 Communications Center and
after due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court
unanimously approved authorizing the County Judge to execute such contract
with CTCOG all according to a copy of the same attached hereto and made a
part of these minutes.
Agenda #7 - Amendment to FY 04 budget
- MINUTE ORDER #474/04: County Auditor Donna Eakin
presented budget amendment for the FY 2004 budget and after due
discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER
FISHER, the Court
unanimously approved the final budget amendments for the FY 04 budget, all
according to a copy of the same attached hereto and made a part of these
minutes.
Agenda #8 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #475/04: The County Auditor presented
all claims for the review of the Court. After proper review, upon
motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER
CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the
County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the
workshop agenda with no action being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
