AFTER proper posting of public notice, a copy of which is attached hereto, on this the 19th day of December, 2005, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the following members of said Court present, to-wit:

  1. Agenda #1 - Minutes

    • MINUTE ORDER #529/05:  It being nine a.m., Judge Jon H. Burrows, called the regular meeting of the Commissioner's Court to order and called to the Courts attention that they had received the minutes of December 12, 2005.  After due discussion, the minutes were approved as presented.   



  2. Agenda #2a  - Mill Creek Springs Phase VI

    • MINUTE ORDER #530/05: Richard Macchi, County Engineer presented for approval the final plat for Mill Creek Springs Phase VI, a replat of Tract B, Block 4, Mill Creek Springs Phase V.  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved the final plat for Mill Creek Springs Phase VI.  



  3. Agenda #2b - Northcliff Phase VIII

    • MINUTE ORDER #531/05: Richard Macchi, County Engineer presented for approval the preliminary plat for Northcliff Phase VIII, a 15-lot, 9.784 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER BROWN, the Court unanimously approved the preliminary plat for Northcliff Phase VIII.  



  4. Agenda #3 - Personnel

    • MINUTE ORDER #532/05:  Upon motion of COMMISSIONER FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.  



  5. Agenda #4 - Task Force

    • MINUTE ORDER #533/05:  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER LANGE, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the Court unanimously approved the Interlocal Assistance Agreement for Regional Anti-Drug Enforcement Task Force by and between the Counties of Bell, Milam, and Coryell, the cities of Temple, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Gatesville, and Harker Heights. 



  6. Agenda #5 - Renewal of Lease

    • MINUTE ORDER #534/05:  After due discussion, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved the renewal of lease between Bell County, as Lessor, and the Central Texas Workforce Development Board, as Lessee for 200 North Main Street in Belton, Texas. 



  7. Agenda #6 - Claims

    • MINUTE ORDER #535/05:  Judge Jon H. Burrows, County Judge, presented the claims for review to the Court.  After proper review, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved all such claims.  All according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.  



             (The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with
             no action being taken on any item.)


              There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
