this the 6th day of March, 2006, the County Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas,
met in the Commissioners' Courtroom in Belton, Texas, in regular session with the

Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #103/06: It being nine a.m., Judge
Jon H. Burrows, called the regular meeting of the Commissioner's
Court to order and called to the Courts attention that they had received
the minutes of February 24, 2006 (1:30p), 24 (9:00am), 27 (2:30pm), and
March 2, (1:30pm) 2006. After due discussion, the minutes
were approved as presented.
Agenda #2a - Replat for River Ridge Ranch
- MINUTE ORDER #104/06: After due discussion, upon motion of
COMMISSIONER FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the
Court unanimously approved the replat for River Ridge Ranch 1, a replat of
Lot 6A, a 1.396 Acre Subdivision off River Ranch Road.
Agenda #2b - Plat for Ryan Addition
- MINUTE ORDER #105/06: After due discussion, upon motion of
COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the
Court unanimously approved the plat for Ryan Addition, a 5.54 Acre, 15-Lot
Subdivision off FM 439 Spur.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #106/06: Upon motion of COMMISSIONER
FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the Court
unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #4 - Burn Ban
- MINUTE ORDER #107/06: Steve Casey, Bell County Fire
Chief, presented an update on the burn ban, at this time no action will be
taken; the Court will revisit this issue in one week.
Agenda #5 - ATM Machine for the Temple Annex
- MINUTE ORDER #108/06: After due discussion, upon motion of
COMMISSIONER LANGE, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER,
the Court
unanimously approved for the County Auditor to advertise for bids for an
ATM machine at the Temple Annex.
Agenda #6 - Change Order No. 7
- MINUTE ORDER #109/06: After due discussion, upon motion of
COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the Court
unanimously approved Architect's Change Order No. 7 for Extension of
Substantial Completion Date of District Courts Project to May 15, 2006.
Agenda #7 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #110/06: Judge Jon H. Burrows, County
Judge, presented the claims for review to the Court. After proper
review, upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER
CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved all such claims. All
according to a copy of the same being of record in the office of the
County Auditor.
(The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on
the workshop agenda with
no action being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
