Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #450/06: Judge Jon H. Burrows, called
to the Courts attention the fact that they had received the minutes of
October 10, 2006. After due discussion, the minutes were approved as
submitted.
Agenda #2a - Letter of Credit
- MINUTE ORDER #451/06: Richard Macchi, County
Engineer presented for approval the releasing of Letter of Credit number
332, National Bank Copperas Cove, in the amount of $1,000 for improvements
in Lee's Chaparral Acres. After due discussion,
upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER
FISHER, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - Bridge No. 67
- MINUTE ORDER #452/06: Richard Macchi, County
Engineer presented for approval to request that TxDOT add Bridge No. 67,
Shallowford Road, to the 2008 SPP Off-System Bridge Replacement and
Rehabilitation Program. After due discussion,
upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER
LANGE, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #453/06: Upon motion
of COMMISSIONER FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the
Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same
being attached hereto and made a part of these minutes. Donna Eakin,
County Auditor introduced Susan Weaver who is new to the Auditor's Office,
she will be the Collections Coordinator.
Agenda #4 - Burn Ban
- MINUTE ORDER #454/06: After due discussion, upon motion
of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the
Court unanimously approved to lift the Burn Ban.
Agenda #5 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #455/06: Judge Jon H. Burrows presented the
claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion
of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the
Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a copy
of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
