Agenda #1 - Minutes
- MINUTE ORDER #481/06: Judge Jon H. Burrows, called
to the Courts attention the fact that they had received the minutes of
October 30, 2006. After due discussion, the minutes were approved as
submitted.
Agenda #2a - Lakeside Hills
- MINUTE ORDER #482/06: Richard Macchi, County
Engineer presented for approval the replat of Lakeside Hills Section
Two, being a replat of tract 45, in the E.T.J. of the City of Harker
Heights. After due discussion,
upon motion of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER
CORTESE, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #2b - Songbird Estates
- MINUTE ORDER #483/06: Richard Macchi, County
Engineer presented for approval the abandonment and release of a Public
Utility Easement along the south and southeast property line of Lot 3, Block
1, Songbird Estates. After due discussion,
upon motion of COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER
BROWN, the Court unanimously approved this matter.
Agenda #3 - Personnel
- MINUTE ORDER #484/06: Upon motion
of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the
Court unanimously approved all employee status report forms, the same being
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
Agenda #4 - Bell County Welfare Board
- MINUTE ORDER #485/06: Upon
motion of COMMISSIONER LANGE, seconded by COMMISSIONER BROWN,
the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Jennifer Locklin of Belton
and Kimmy Wilkes of Killeen to the Bell County Welfare Board.
Agenda #5 - Board of the Bell County EXPO Center
- MINUTE ORDER #486/06: Upon motion
by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, seconded by COMMISSIONER LANGE, the
Court unanimously approved the reappointment of Red Randolph to the Board of
the Bell County EXPO Center.
Agenda #6 - Certificate of Appreciation
- MINUTE ORDER #487/06: Upon motion
of COMMISSIONER FISHER, seconded by COMMISSIONER BROWN, the
Court unanimously approved a Certificate of Appreciation for Bill Yowell for
his service on the Board of the Bell County EXPO Center since its inception
on the occasion of his retirement from the Board.
Agenda #7 - Appointment to Fill Position
- MINUTE ORDER #488/06: The Commissioners' Court
discussed the appointment to fill the prior position of Bill Yowell on the
Board of the Bell County EXPO Center. Recommended by COMMISSIONER
BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER FISHER, the
Court unanimously approved to appoint Mike Aycock of Harker Heights to the
Board.
Agenda #8 - Claims
- MINUTE ORDER #489/06: Judge Jon H. Burrows presented the
claims for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion
of COMMISSIONER BROWN, seconded by COMMISSIONER CORTESE, the
Court unanimously approved all such claims. All according to a copy
of the same being of record in the office of the County Auditor.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
